These Are Baby King Penguins, The 2nd Largest Species Of Penguin. When they're done growing, the penguins will have four layers of feathering. That's 70 feathers per every square inch! But these chicks don't have an oily outer coating yet, so they stay out of the water and enjoy their meals by delivery (AKA their parents). So fluffy, let's protect these beautiful creatures!
